Salted Caramel Apple Cocotte Crumble

Ingredients
- 10 oz apples, from 1-2 large apples, peeled and chopped into ½” pieces,
- ¼ tsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp caramel sauce, plus extra to serve
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp salted butter, cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt, to serve
Directions
1) In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add the chopped apples, tossing to coat in cornstarch.
2) Spray cocottes with cooking spray. Divide apples between the 4 cocottes and then drizzle 1 tbsp caramel sauce over each serving.
