Silky smooth, rich, and custardy. These are the words used to describe a frittata made in Suvie. Mix together eggs and the filling of your choice the night before, load your Suvie, and in the morning you’ll have a perfect start to the day. Can’t finish it all for breakfast? No worries, frittata makes a great lunch too. For this frittata we use spinach and feta cheese for the filling, and top it off with Parmesan cheese that is broiled broil until golden brown.

Coffee Pairing

One of the best coffees for pairing with cheese-based dishes is Hawaiian Kona coffee.

This frittata was delicious and easy to make in Suvie. I added crumbled crispy bacon to the greased Suvie pan with a large handful of fresh baby spinach. Broiled for 7 min to wilt the spinach then added the egg/cheese batter. The recipe and instructions are spot on! Thanks Chef!
