Silky smooth, rich, and custardy. These are the words used to describe a frittata made in Suvie. Mix together eggs and the filling of your choice the night before, load your Suvie, and in the morning you’ll have a perfect start to the day. Can’t finish it all for breakfast? No worries, frittata makes a great lunch too. For this frittata we use spinach and feta cheese for the filling, and top it off with Parmesan cheese that is broiled broil until golden brown.

3) After the frittata has cooked, sprinkle the top with grated parmesan cheese. Return pan to Suvie and broil until the cheese is browned, about 10-15 minutes (watch closely to avoid burning).

4) Remove pan from Suvie and let cool 5 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.

Coffee Pairing

One of the best coffees for pairing with cheese-based dishes is Hawaiian Kona coffee.
