1) Quick and Easy Dinner Rolls
These fluffy, warm dinner rolls are quick and easy to make. They’re the perfect side dish to any Easter feast. These rolls are so quick to make that this recipe can be started in the afternoon and enjoyed by dinnertime.
2) 5-Spice Ham
Suvie is the perfect environment to cook ham in. The close quarters and ample moisture ensure the ham never dries out. We slow cook the ham to thoroughly warm it through and then brush it with a sweet and sour glaze, flavored with 5-spice powder.
3) Spring Lamb Chops with English Peas
For a decadent Easter table, consider lamb loin chops with a side of English peas. This springtime dish is filled with fresh flavor thanks to ample amounts of lemon and mint. If you can find fresh English peas, we recommend them for their sweetness and crisp texture, but frozen peas will also work.
4) Ham & Swiss Strata
Serving an Easter brunch? We’ve got you covered. Fluffy brioche bread is layered with shredded Swiss cheese and diced pieces of ham. Dijon mustard adds a little spice to the custard that’s poured over the casserole and soaks into all the corners and crevices of the bread. A sprinkling of fresh rosemary on top gives the dish an aromatic flair.
5) Asparagus & Prosciutto BundlesÂ
Serve up a fun, easy, and classy Easter appetizer with these asparagus and prosciutto bundles. We’ve opted for peak season asparagus to put all the flavors of spring on display and paired them with salty prosciutto and tangy Dijon mustard. And with only five ingredients, this recipe really is as simple as it looks!
6) Asparagus & Goat Cheese Tart
Need a vegetarian entry that’s worthy of your Easter feast? This rich and creamy quiche is punctuated with tender pieces of asparagus and flavored with a bright scallion oil. Tangy sour cream and goat cheese keep this decadent quiche from feeling too heavy.
7) Spring Vegetable SoupÂ
The bright, fresh flavors of spring are highlighted in this brilliant green spring soup. Tender asparagus, sweet peas, flavorful leeks, and creamy white beans are all slow cooked in vegetable broth until tender. Just before serving we stir in fresh tarragon and a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra herbaceous punch of flavor.
8) Herby Chickpea & Barley Salad
A healthy and hearty side dish filled with fresh flavor is the ideal complement to any Easter table. This grain salad is vibrant, fresh, and crunchy. Barley has a substantial texture and chew which is ideal for the punchy shallot vinaigrette. A little celery adds a fresh crunch, chickpeas add richness, and herbs add verdancy. We used dill and parsley, but you can use any combination of herbs. Mint, tarragon, and basil would also work very nicely in this recipe.
