While we always love a fresh, juicy peach, a perfectly cooked sous vide peach is a thing of beauty too. A simple steeping liquid of sugar, water, and almond extract ensures the peaches cook evenly and are infused with sweet floral flavor. Serve these peaches over yogurt at breakfast or vanilla ice cream after dinner.
