There’s no better way to pass the time waiting for your meal at your local pizza parlor, than with a basket of warm, buttery garlic knots coated in an array of herbs and spices. Kudos to your local pizza house if they also offer them fully loaded with sauce and cheese to boot. This recipe pays homage to those delicious knots. We’ve added sliced salami, but you could substitute any pizza topping of your choice such as roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, or crumbled cooked sausage.
